What protects you here

Bidding blind on used equipment asks for trust. Here is exactly what stands behind that, in plain terms — no more than we can actually do.

Your bid is genuinely private

Nobody sees what you bid. Not other bidders, not staff browsing the public site. There is no visible high bid to chase, no last-second sniping, and no way for anyone to bid you up because nobody knows your number. You place one confidential offer and wait. See how blind auctions work.

Every bidder is identity-verified

You cannot bid here on a fresh anonymous signup. Every bidder verifies an email address, submits identity documents, and is approved by a staff member before their first bid. It is a slower way to run an auction and it is deliberate — it keeps the pool of bidders real and protects sellers from fake bids.

Bids are immutable and logged

Every bid is timestamped and recorded with its origin at the moment it is placed, and cannot be edited or withdrawn afterwards. Winner selection is a manual decision by a named staff member, and it is written to an audit log. Nothing about an auction is quietly rewritten after the fact.

A real yard, a real address

Bob Worner LLC operates from 17631 W Bernardo Dr F, San Diego, CA 92127, USA. The machines exist, they are on our lot, and you are welcome to come and look at one before you bid — or send your own mechanic.

Clear title, or you do not pay for it

Ownership documents — title, bill of sale, and any lien releases — are released once your payment clears and travel with the delivery or by tracked mail. If we cannot deliver clear title to a machine you have won, you do not pay for that machine.

Delivery you can price before you bid

Freight is quoted by distance before you commit, on every machine page, and we subsidize part of it. No surprise transport bill after you have won. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

A documented window after delivery

What we do not offer, stated plainly

There is no warranty. Every machine is sold as-is, where-is, with all faults. That is standard for equipment auctions and it is reflected in the price. We would rather say so on this page than let you find it in the small print after you have wired the money.

What we offer instead is honest listings — real photographs, hours verified where we can verify them, and condition notes that name the known problems rather than hiding them.
