Shipping & Delivery Policy

No buyer fees. Delivery is free for the first 500 miles. Bob Worner LLC arranges insured transport for qualifying equipment purchases. Standard delivery is free for the first 500 miles from the pickup location, then costs $1.20 per additional mile. The exact charge is confirmed on the invoice before payment.

Delivery timing and transport

  • Normal delivery: 3 to 10 business days.
  • Cross-country delivery: up to 14 business days in some cases.
  • Transport is insured from pickup through delivery.
  • Open transport is the standard option; special services are quoted separately.

Delivery review

After delivery, you have seven days to report a documented condition issue. Keep your delivery documents and photographs so our team can review the report with you.

Buyer fees

Buyers do not pay a platform or commission fee. The selling lien holder or dealer covers the service fee.
